Grip Up to Raise Money for FERTILE

Dear Friends,

For those of you who live in Charlottesville, you may have heard of the Charlottesville Lady Arm Wrestlers aka CLAW.  This is a collective of women, who come together and combine theater, sport, and fundraising in an extremely fun and unique way.  It is part burlesque show, part circus, and part WWF.  And 100% FUN!  Each quarter CLAW holds an event at the Blue Moon Diner, the proceeds from which go to support a designated local charity.  In May, A FERTILE Foundation has been chosen as the recipient of these funds!!   Please help me spread the word about this terrific event- forward it to your friends, post on your facebook pages, whatever you can do would be appreciated.  If you’d like an event notice for your facebook wall, go to the Charlottesville Lady Arm Wrestlers facebook page.  Even if you don’t live in Cville, your help in publicizing this would be greatly appreciated.  Networking is a powerful tool, please utilize your network to help us make this event a success.

On May 28th, the doors open at 7 pm and there’s a $5 cover.  We also have ringside seats available for $75.00 each, which will place you front and center for the greatest show on earth.  For seats, contact us directly at: fertile.foundation@yahoo.com.   There are several hundred people at each of these events, so ringside seats are definitely worth the money.  All of the funds raised will go directly to implement our Youth Farm Program, which will serve at-risk youth and those with disabilities.  (For more details go to ~ http://www.fertilefoundation.org/2011.html).  

To date, CLAW has raised over $20,000 for organizations in the Charlottesville community.  They truly are an amazing group of women and this event is the most fun you will ever have raising money for charity.  For more information you can visit the CLAW website: www.clawville.org.  I encourage everyone to come out on the 28th.  You'll be hooked.
